    Chad Bongor - Kelo - Moundou – Cameroon road rehabilitation and maintenance works are infrastructure projects, located on the southwestern areas of Chad, are the strategic corridor between Chadian capital N'Djamena and Port of Douala in Cameroon. At the same time, the road connects to the Central African Republic. Meantime it is the only highway with asphalt pavement between Chad's capital and the southern regions.

   This project is a loan program founded by the International Reconstruction and Development Bank (BIRD) or the International Development Agency(DIA) . The project owner is the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport of The Republic of Chad, Administration of highway as the owner's representative.

Chad Bongor - Kelo - Moundou –Cameroon road Rehabilitation and Maintenance works are located on the south area of Chad, its starts with Bongor and ends with Cameroon border, via two cities named Kelo and Moundou.

 The project includes two parts: The road length of the first part is 131km, with 24 months maintenance period, 12 months management and maintenance period; the road length of the second part is 233km, with 6 months maintenance period and 36 months management and maintenance period.

    The project was started on June 22, 2011 and is to completed on June 20, 2014, with a total duration of 36 months.
